Building Your Enterprise AI Capability Index: A Diagnostic Every Organization Needs

Most organizations cannot close the AI capability gap because they have never measured it comprehensively. A diagnostic index creates a structured way to do that.

A useful capability index should assess multiple dimensions: leadership fluency, workforce literacy, role-based application, manager readiness, governance maturity, data readiness, cultural support for experimentation, and measurement discipline.
