Early Careers

The next generation, business-ready from day one

A modern early careers program for graduates, apprentices and interns — combining structured technical and professional curricula, cohort learning, and mentored delivery on real business work.

Outcomes we deliver

Graduates and apprentices productive on real business work within their first 90 days

Separate, deep tech and non-tech curricula — no one-size-fits-all learning journey

Higher retention through structured cohort experience, mentoring and career pathing

A robust internal talent pipeline aligned to strategic workforce planning

Two curricula. One cohort experience.

We design and run early careers programs on two distinct tracks — Tech and Non-Tech — that share a common professional foundation and cohort rhythm, but diverge in the deep, discipline-specific curriculum learners need to become genuinely business-ready.

Tech Curriculum

For software engineering, data, cloud, cyber, AI/ML and platform tracks.

Engineering Foundations

Version control, clean code, testing pyramid, code review, pair programming, and modern SDLC practice — the daily hygiene of professional engineering.

Cloud & Platform Fundamentals

Cloud primitives (compute, storage, networking, IAM) on the major hyperscalers, containers, CI/CD and the shift-left mindset.

Data & AI Literacy

SQL fluency, working with data pipelines, ML lifecycle basics, prompt design, responsible AI and how modern LLMs are used in production.

Systems Design & Architecture

Introductory distributed systems, API design, service boundaries, observability and non-functional requirements.

Cyber & Secure-by-Default

Threat modelling for graduates, OWASP essentials, secure coding, identity, secrets handling and incident basics.

Agile Delivery

Working inside a scrum / kanban team, story writing, estimation, sprint hygiene and stakeholder engagement.

Non-Tech Curriculum

For finance, HR, operations, marketing, sales, consulting and business function tracks.

Business & Commercial Acumen

How enterprises make money, read financial statements, understand P&L levers, and connect daily work to commercial outcomes.

Structured Problem Solving

Hypothesis-led thinking, issue trees, MECE structuring and the storyline discipline used across top-tier consulting.

Data-Informed Decision Making

Working with spreadsheets and BI tools, reading dashboards critically, telling a story with data — for non-technical roles.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Executive summaries, board-ready decks, running effective meetings, and difficult conversations with senior stakeholders.

Digital & AI Fluency for Business

How to use AI copilots and modern SaaS tools responsibly in day-to-day work — a baseline every professional now needs.

Personal Effectiveness

Prioritisation, feedback, career navigation, resilience and the professional habits that compound over a career.

Cohort experience

Both tracks share a 12–24 month cohort experience: structured onboarding, monthly masterclasses, quarterly showcases, a personal mentor, a business project sponsor, and access to our leadership faculty. Cohorts learn together across tracks — because tech and non-tech collaboration is exactly what real work demands.

How we work with you

We can design the program end-to-end, deliver it in partnership with your L&D team, or run only the modules where you need external depth. Programs are anchored to your strategic workforce plan and to the roles graduates progress into after year one.
