Leadership Offsite Immersion

Future-Ready Leadership Offsite Programs

A portfolio of 8 independent 5-day offsite immersion events

Each program runs as its own offsite — Days 1–3 training, Days 4–5 team activity / excursion

This portfolio comprises eight independent leadership programs. Each is a complete, self-contained 5-day offsite immersion event in its own right — three days of training followed by two days of team activity and excursion. A client or cohort can commission any single program as a standalone offsite; none depends on the others having run first. For organisations that choose to run several over time, an optional capstone connects them — but every program delivers full value on its own.

5 days each — 3 training + 2 excursion 24–32 participants per offsite

Scheduling each offsite

Independence

Each 5-day offsite is a complete event with its own pre-work, training arc, excursion and post-program reinforcement — it can be scheduled and delivered on its own timeline.

If running more than one

Organisations commissioning multiple offsites over time may find it useful to space them 6–8 weeks apart, so each program's 30-/60-day commitments are acted on before the next begins — a scheduling suggestion, not a requirement.

Cohort composition

Each offsite can draw a fresh cohort or reuse the same group of leaders across multiple events, at the client's discretion.

Common across all eight

  • Pre-work: a short topic-specific diagnostic and one pre-read, circulated 1–2 weeks before each offsite
  • Cohort size: 24–32 participants per offsite, for effective small-group and simulation work
  • Facilitation ratio: lead facilitator plus subject specialist(s), with certified coaches present for simulation-heavy days
  • Post-program reinforcement: a 30-day and 60-day check-in cadence, specific to each offsite's own deliverable

Shared training-day architecture

Day 1Foundations & Diagnostic

Frames the topic, introduces the core model, and includes a personal or team diagnostic.

Day 2Applied Practice

The anchor experience: an extended simulation, workshop or role-play lab where the day's learning is stress-tested under realistic conditions.

Day 3Integration & Commitment

Translates learning into a concrete, named deliverable and a personal or team commitment, closed out with a capstone review.

The eight offsite programs

Each program is a complete, standalone 5-day offsite. Open any program for its full three-day training agenda and program deliverable.

Offsite 1 · 5 days

AI Fluency & Human-AI Collaboration

Where AI augments versus should never replace leadership judgment — practised through multi-round decision simulations with deliberately flawed AI outputs.

Offsite 2 · 5 days

Agentic AI & Decision Governance

Oversight, escalation and accountability for autonomous, goal-driven AI agents operating inside live business processes.

Offsite 3 · 5 days

Adaptive Capability Over Static Competency Models

Leading well when conditions, priorities or information shift mid-course — built through multi-round curveball simulation and rapid reframing.

Offsite 4 · 5 days

Flatter Structures & Influence Without Authority

Leading laterally as organisational layers compress — negotiation role-plays, stakeholder mapping and recorded practice with playback.

Offsite 5 · 5 days

Continuous Reskilling & Micro-Upskilling

Replacing periodic mega-training with short, frequent learning cycles — including a live 90-minute micro-upskilling sprint to replicate at home.

Offsite 6 · 5 days

Navigating Structural Career & Talent Shifts

Developing junior talent amid shrinking entry-level roles, and managing portfolio careers with clear boundaries rather than blanket bans.

Offsite 7 · 5 days

Emotional Regulation & Stress Capacity as a Leadership Skill

Regulation as a trainable leadership skill — facilitator-triggered pressure simulation, grounding practice and difficult-conversation labs.

Offsite 8 · 5 days

Sustaining Engagement Amid Burnout & 'Quiet Cracking'

Spotting early, easy-to-miss disengagement signals and building low-cost re-engagement levers for flatter, higher-span-of-control teams.

Shared Days 4–5 — team activity & excursion

Every offsite closes with the same unstructured, no-formal-instruction Days 4–5 template. The specific activities and location can vary per offsite to keep each event distinct, but the structure and intent stay constant: let the training content settle, and deepen cohort trust through shared experience.

14:00 – 17:30

Excursion / Free Exploration Block

Local excursion, cultural site visit or leisure activity chosen by the cohort

Hike, boat trip, sport tournament or culinary experience selected in advance by the group

12:30 – 13:30

Farewell Lunch

Informal Closing Circle

Optional and unstructured — participants share highlights; no facilitated content

14:30

Departure

Suggested activity menu (rotate across offsites)

  • Facilitated outdoor team-building course (problem-solving trail, low-ropes / adventure course)
  • Local cultural site visit or guided city / nature excursion
  • Hike, boat trip or nature excursion
  • Culinary experience or cooking class as a team activity
  • Friendly team sport tournament or games afternoon
  • Optional leisure block (spa, sport, free time) for cohorts prioritising recovery over activity

Reinforcement built into every offsite

30-day check-in on that offsite's specific deliverable (roadmap, canvas, plan or commitment)
60-day pulse survey tracking real application back on the job
Peer accountability pairs or pods carried forward from Day 3 of the offsite

Optional: connecting multiple offsites

Optional and only relevant where a client runs several of the eight offsites for the same group of leaders over time. A closing capstone session (recommended: half-day, standalone) brings together the deliverables from each offsite attended — AI Fluency Roadmap, Decision Governance Canvas, Adaptive Habit Commitment, Influence Map, Reskilling Plan, Structural Talent Practice, Stress Early-Warning Plan and/or Team Health Action Plan — into a single integrated Leadership Operating Model per participant, reviewed by a senior sponsor. It is an add-on, not a requirement of any individual offsite.

Success metrics per offsite

Reaction

Post-offsite satisfaction and relevance ratings for that program

Learning

Pre/post diagnostic shift on that offsite's specific capability area

Behaviour

30- and 60-day check-ins tracking whether that offsite's deliverable was actually implemented

Results

Progress against that offsite's own deliverable; where multiple offsites run, optional progress against the integrated Leadership Operating Model

Logistics we coordinate (per offsite)

  • Residential offsite venue for Days 1–3 with plenary space (30–40 capacity) and 5–6 breakout rooms
  • Separate or adjoining venue for the Days 4–5 excursion, with a wet-weather backup plan
  • Facilitator team: lead facilitator plus a subject specialist for the offsite's topic, and certified coaches for simulation-heavy days
  • Pre-work platform for diagnostics distributed 1–2 weeks before the offsite
  • Materials: offsite-specific workbook and the relevant capstone template (roadmap, canvas or plan)
  • Where a client runs multiple offsites: a shared tracker logging each cohort's deliverables and check-in status across events (optional)

Bring an offsite in-house

Commission any single program as a private cohort offsite, or sequence several over time and connect them through the optional integrated Leadership Operating Model capstone.
