A finalised personal AI Fluency Roadmap: current maturity, one AI-augmented decision-domain pilot to run over the next quarter, and the governance guardrails that will accompany it.
Every offsite closes with the same unstructured, no-formal-instruction Days 4–5 template. The specific activities and location can vary per offsite to keep each event distinct, but the structure and intent stay constant: let the training content settle, and deepen cohort trust through shared experience.
