Ventiora Group provides business consulting services to enterprise clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ventiora.net, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.
Ventiora Group is the data controller for information submitted through this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at enterprise@ventiora.net.
We do not ask for special category data and request that you do not include sensitive personal information in enquiry messages.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent for optional communications and on our legitimate business interests for responding to enquiries, securing the site and improving our services. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These services set cookies and process technical information such as IP address and pages viewed. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out tools; essential site functionality will continue to work.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and our business — hosting and database providers, email delivery, analytics, calendar scheduling and event registration platforms — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Providers act on our instructions under contract.
We work with clients across North America, Europe, the Gulf and Asia, so information may be processed outside your country. Where personal information leaves a region with transfer restrictions, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and any period required for legal, tax or audit purposes. Anti-abuse logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. Email enterprise@ventiora.net and we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We update this policy when our practices or the law change and revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted here.
For the technical and organisational measures we apply to the information described here, see our Data Protection Policy.
