A completed Decision Governance Canvas for one live agentic AI use case, including oversight checkpoints, escalation triggers and an implementation plan for the next 90 days.
Every offsite closes with the same unstructured, no-formal-instruction Days 4–5 template. The specific activities and location can vary per offsite to keep each event distinct, but the structure and intent stay constant: let the training content settle, and deepen cohort trust through shared experience.
