Program deliverable

A named Adaptive Habit Commitment plus one team-level operating-rhythm change designed to build adaptive capacity beyond the individual leader.

Days 4–5 — team activity & excursion

Every offsite closes with the same unstructured, no-formal-instruction Days 4–5 template. The specific activities and location can vary per offsite to keep each event distinct, but the structure and intent stay constant: let the training content settle, and deepen cohort trust through shared experience.

Logistics we coordinate

  • Residential offsite venue for Days 1–3 with plenary space (30–40 capacity) and 5–6 breakout rooms
  • Separate or adjoining venue for the Days 4–5 excursion, with a wet-weather backup plan
  • Facilitator team: lead facilitator plus a subject specialist for the offsite's topic, and certified coaches for simulation-heavy days
  • Pre-work platform for diagnostics distributed 1–2 weeks before the offsite
  • Materials: offsite-specific workbook and the relevant capstone template (roadmap, canvas or plan)
  • Where a client runs multiple offsites: a shared tracker logging each cohort's deliverables and check-in status across events (optional)
